Updating Collabra Mobile

If you’re having issues with the mobile app (data isn’t looking right, practices aren’t uploading properly, etc), it’s important to make sure you’re using the latest version.

To make sure you are on the latest version of the app, there are two steps to take:

Step 1: Update the app through the app store.

If you’re on iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch), make sure you have the latest version of the app installed by going to the App Store and checking for updates. If you don’t know how to do that, click here to to find out how to check for app updates →

If you’re on Android, make sure you have the latest version of the app installed by going to the Google Play store and checking for updates. If you don’t know how to do that, click here to find out how to check for app updates →

Step 2: Check settings to make sure you’re on the latest version.

Once you have updated the app through the app store (step 1), you might still not be on the latest version. To make sure you’re on the latest version, open up your Collabra app, make sure you’re logged into your account, and then do the following:

Head to the Home tab at the bottom. We’ll also sometimes call this your dashboard.

Tap on the Settings Gear in the top-right corner of the screen.

Tap on the View Support Options item in the middle of the screen.

Look at the gray text at the bottom of the screen, check if it says “You’re on the latest version!”

If it does not say this, wait until it does. This should take no longer than a few seconds.

If we ever ask you for your current app version, this is also the place where you’ll be able to find it.

Open up your app-switcher. You can also go back to your home screen.

Wait a few seconds (you may see the app flash)…

Open the app back up again.

You should now be on the latest version!

If you were trying something, and it was not working, give it another go now. If it’s still not working, reach out to support inside the app.
